A heart of service, very hard to find such dedication to service in today's workscape.
Charlie's service was for the sale of a property belonging to a deceased relative. I was the designated Administrator. His contribution is beyond description. Without his help and time, 1 would have been highly stressed.
Charlie's experience coupled with his highly professional acumen, and a heart of service often over-delivered along each milestone. He would go out of his way to reduce my time commitment, while constantly keeping the interests of the beneficiaries of the sale of the flat. Very hard to find such dedication to service in today's workscape. His main mantra is that a happy client will always reward his hard work.
A couple of earlier bad experiences with real estate agents whose main interest was the money, which took away our [seller] leverage and left us with a bad deal.
